We are looking for an experienced, creative, and skilled SEO and Content Strategist with a passion for digital marketing to join our dynamic team!
The SEO and Content Strategist is responsible and accountable for the successful creation, curating and management of relevant SEO and Content Strategy for clients that meet and exceed client contract expectations.

- You are well versed in SEO and Content Strategy
- You are an expert at researching insights and conducting keyword research
- You are an expert at conducting Content Gap Analysis and translating findings into successful strategy in the form of Information Architecture (IA) [Including the discovery path]
- Skilled at presenting the IA and the Content Strategy to internal team members and clients ensuring best practices are followed throughout
- Experienced at creating copywriting briefs to be used by the Copywriter
- You are results oriented with keen attention to leading digital marketing concepts in order to facilitate an increase in client’s generation of online leads and sales
- You are a creative thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills

SEO Key Actions
- Work with clients in a variety of industries
- Develop and execute SEO projects for clients
- Meet with clients to gain an understanding of their brand, business, project and marketing objectives
- Participate in strategizing sessions with the Internal Team
- Conduct thorough SEO research on client industry topics
- Conduct Content Gap Analysis
- Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics
- Create website IA based on top performing keywords, content gap analysis, UX best practices
- Present revised website IA to the client
- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link building strategy
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
- Conduct SEO Audits and create strategies for optimizing key SEO elements on client websites
- Review Google Analytics/In-Platform Analytics and, based on results, make the necessary content changes to improve lead generation for clients
- Work with the Dev Team to fix technical back-end SEO issues for clients
- Manage and provide monthly/quarterly reports to clients
- Develop and execute content such as copy, multimedia articles, blog posts, email marketing campaigns and content for other digital elements
- Follow all department project management processes (Monday.com Boards, Toggl, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom and email communications)
- Stay up to date with new strategies and case studies
- Maintain up to date Toggl and Monday Boards as per department process requirements
Content Strategist Key Actions
- Perform exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas
- Perform extensive research and analysis on consumer thoughts and trends
- Create specifications and content appropriate for the brand’s customer personas
- Develop brief for copywriting team outlining key topics and keywords to include in copy
- Leverage consumer insight to map customer journeys and the best way to fulfill and address user needs
- Integrate user and SEO research to identify content gaps and make strategic recommendations across web, social and other project types
- Plan the editorial calendar and content proposition
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement the strategy
- Oversee writing style and tone for all content
- Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed
- Develope editorial strategy ensuring content is consistent across all delivery platforms
- Conduct periodic content audits
- Track and calculate content ROI
- Ensure that content strategy meets business objectives
- Strategize and improve content delivery and promotion
- Analyze content marketing strategy to evaluate success

- Marketing Graduate
- 2-3 years SEO and Content Strategy experience
- 2-3 years SEMRUSH experience
- Familiar with the top social media platforms (Blogging, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
- Experience in design and image creation
- Experience with softwares: Klaviyo, other Email/SMS softwares
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to plan, direct, design, and edit content that get results.
- Content presentation skills demonstrating the ability determine how content should be packaged for new and existing consumers.
- Content delivery skills demonstrating the ability to determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to your audience.
- Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
- Experience with Canva, Sketch, or Adobe Products
- Easily learns new software (Reporting, tracking etc)
